ROM Hack Question Regarding Action Replay

So I seen that the action replay was released through the spider exploit, and I was wondering if anyone has created any AR codes for Animal Crossing New Leaf. The LeafTools cheats are limited and boring and I'm wondering what are the limitations on these AR codes? Like can we use moon jump and walk through walls cheats like City Folk? Or can we only edit the memory of the game which everyone seems to have done.
