I have too many questions about the new Gateway 3.0.1 hack that have either been answered incorrectly or haven't been answered at all.

1. Can we install the CFW on to the 3DS without using a DS mode flash card?

2. I have downgraded my system NAND to 4.5 from 9.2. Will I still be able to play on my Pokemon Alpha Sapphire retail cartridge with my original save?

2.1 If not, will I be able to play on my Pokemon Alpha Sapphire retail cartridge if I upgrade my system NAND to 7.2?

3. Do we need to have the ROP loader installed to get emuNAND working?

4. Is this emuNAND tutorial considered working? (https://gbatemp.net/threads/4-x-only-cia-cfw-complete-guide.373532/page-11#post-5145746) There are many emuNAND tutorials, some saying 'follow this other tutorial for a bit' or "I won't go in to much detail", so, what tutorial would you recommend noobs use?

5. What does 'ROP' stand for?

1- Yes probably, but you need SOME way of running unsigned DS code on your 3DS, eg. Smealum's bangai o sploit.
2 - No
2.1 - Yes
3 - Yes, unless someone finds a way to use Gateway's browser exploit to load Launcher.dats that use the 4.x system exploit.
