Hacking [Question] ? on redNAND

I'm seeing some channels with "?" on my redNAND is it because I deleted updates and save files that were created when I cloned the NAND into the SD card?
I deleted the files so they only exist on sysNAND and not on redNAND

What can I do to make those "?" points go away?
If I try to delete them on Data Management it tells me to turn the power off on the wiiu

The same happens to me but it also happens with SSB4 disc game

It's because sysnand and rednand are linked. If you don't want to reinstall all your USB games just move them to a folder or something.
