Hi y'all.
I'm thinking about modding my OLED Switch, since I barely play offline, so I don't care about online play.
I am pretty handy with soldering iron. I successfully serviced various PS3 and RGHed two Xbox 360s (by "servicing", I mean regularly changed thermal paste, CMOS battery, removed dust), and also their controllers (damned chinese ALPS ripoffs).
I was thinking about buying this RP2040 based modchip from AliExpress:
I like this modchip kit because of the removable USB cable for flashing purposes.
But, I have two questions:

But, I have two questions:
- Should I reflow MMC to make good contact for DAT0 pin? I see some people reflowing, some not... As long the D0 pad makes contact, it's good enough. But will this contact make through carry the Switch around? As long as the ribbon is placed and soldered in place, I think it's good enough. What do you think?
- For context purposes, is this cable just the HWFly OLED version, but with RP2040 fitted in it?
