Hi, I will Buy Xenoblade Cartridge for my N3ds and my Question is is it possible to backup save on my Hacked O3DS with Jksm cia?

Yes, N3DS-exclusiveness is only enforced by the official launcher, but the headers (required to decrypt the save) are perfectly readable by an O3DS (consider also the fact every physical N3DS game also includes an O3DS update partition, so those consoles must be able to read them)

The (executable and romfs of the) main game partition is also encrypted with a N3DS-exclusive key, but that's not needed for saves anyway

Interesting. Do you have a source for that?
Dump it yourself and verify the existence of NCSD partition number 7 (counting from 0) :)

Since nobody thought that a N3DS would be made in 2011, old versions of the launcher happily start N3DS games even on O3DS (then they crash when high memory mode and fast CPU are selected), so they included a 9.0+ update which effectively blocks attempts to do that

I don't have any N3DS exclusive carts but that seems about right. Cool stuff.
