Hacking [Question] N3DS emuNAND 10.3 spoofing

Hi. I've recently purchased a N3DS 9.0. I've installed Gateway on it already. My problem is how to spoof my emuNAND to 10.3. I've spent 3 hours looking for a solution which I narrowed down to Cver, Nver, & Tiger. How do I install these three to spoof my fw? Bulleted how to steps are appreciated.

I have NTR CFW, FBI, and Themehax installed already.

The emunand on the N3DS can only be raised to 9.5. Fortunately, you only really need to take your emunand up to 9.4 at this time to take advantage of all available N3DS features (such as amiibo support and the ability to randomize up to 10 themes and using badges). Any game can still be played on the emunand with such a FW, though for some titles you will need to be sure you got a crypto fixed version, but considering pretty much all new releases on a certain ISO site are already crypto fixed, this isn't an issue.

That's the problem. I don't know how to update my fw without going over 9.5

Use Sysupdater to go to 9.5.0-23 google this to find the files you need [MEGA] [CIA/BIN] MSET 4.X & 6.X backups, Browser backups, Update packs (All Regions)
