Hacking [Question] Is it possible to replace SKATER with SPIDER?

I'm sure it was answered before, but I couldn't find the answer so I wanted to ask if it's possible to replace the New3DS' internet browser with the Old3DS'.

I read before it was because Spider won't launch using Skater icon, and you cannot launch spider on n3ds without devmenu/fbi because it is an applet for home menu.
But ofc if there is a way that would be nice

No, not possible.
@Apache Thunder had the idea to trying to install homemenu from fw 7.x, but that didn't work either.
