Homebrew [Question] Installed themes, can't cold boot into homebrew or emuNAND

I tried installing themes via the shuffle on an o3DSxl 10.3 E emuNAND through CHMM2, when I applied it and turned my 3ds back on it boots into sysNAND. How can I fix this?

edit: I deleted the preview.png from all the folders I used, is this a necessary file?

If your NAND's are linked then any changes you make in EmuNAND will appear in SysNAND, the only way to have a theme on EmuNAND whilst keeping Menuhax on SysNAND is to unlink your NAND's.

They're not linked I'm fairly sure, and also the themes don't show up in the sysNAND either.

Well if the theme doesn't appear on SysNAND then your NAND's are obviously unlinked, I suggest reinstalling Menuhax on your SysNAND again and seeing if the issue persists after you change the EmuNAND theme again.

Is there any way I can just delete the themes out of where I've installed them on the SD card (wherever that may be)? There's no option for me to get into CtrBootManager/homebrew, I think I might've fucked something up and just want to remove it now.

You should be able to use Browserhax to get back into the Homebrew launcher and then gain access to your EmuNAND again.
I wouldn't worry about that error, I get it from time to time on my SD card as well, I normally just scan it (Windows has always said it couldn't find an issue after scanning the drive) so this isn't an issue that was caused by what you did.

Well actually since I upgraded SD cards recently I have the default 4G card still with all the files on it, if I put it in and boot it, it boots into CtrBootManager so I can get into homebrew. Should I try going into emuNAND9 and unmounting the 4G card for my real card? Or is going into homebrew, ejecting, and injecting the new card just as good?

Ok nvm I just tried it and as soon as I try to get into CHMM2 to remove the shuffle, it crashes my 3DS. I feel like I should just move over the backup I made from yesterday since it's basically the 4G card with more games installed. Or would there be a faster way
