Hacking Question: How to save edit using savedatafiller?

I know need to use savedatafiller to extract save file.

After that need to use a hexeditor to find the value and edit.

What I no know is how to search for value to replace?

I wanting to replace stuff like gold, crystals etc.

For example I now playing Zelda ALBW and wanting to edit the crystals.
