So i have a 10.2-28 E 3ds and i wan't to downgrade it, saw in some posts that downgrading from 10.3 have more success chances, so should i update with SysSafeUpdater to 10.3 then downgrade or then it's safe like that?
In my opinion, no. I would just downgrade to 9.2 from 10.2, but that's me since I've only ever downgraded on 10.3
