Hacking [Question] How to convert 3DS files to CIA

Hello,
I just want to know if it's possible to convert a 3DS file to a cia file.
I have a New3ds with firmware 9.2, a gateway card , cubic ninja and oot.

How do you create Xorpads? I could convert 3ds to cia with this tool and a o3ds easily, but I don't know how this works on a n3ds.
Can you explain it to me?

You need '3ds simple cia converter' for your pc and decrypt9 for your n3ds.

Open '3ds simple cia converter' and choose 'create ncchinfo.bn file'. You need to point it to a 3ds rom and a folder for the ncchinfo file to save in (save in the original 3ds rom folder).

Place the ncchinfo file along with decrypt9 (to run through ninjahax) on the sd card.

Run decrpyt9 and exit.

Place your xorpad you just generated in the folder of the original 3ds rom and this time load '3ds simple cia converter' and choose 'convert 3ds rom to cia'

It will output a cia in the same folder as the rom, ncchinfo.bin and zorpad.

It will be smaller in size, so don't stress yourself out.

Cia will work......

You need to use decrypt9 through cn to generate xorpads

Ok I still have problems directory.
where should i place the "ncchinfo.bin", "slot0x25KeyX.bin", the rom?
I put the folder "scripts","Decrypt9.3dsx","Decrypt9.bin", "Decrypt9.smdh" in \3ds\Decrypt9 is this correct?

That Version of decrypt9 I linked, creates a decrypt9 Folder on the root of the sdcard, where you put your ncchinfo and slot0x25 file

Everytime i press A i get this error. Google told me that I need Firmware 9.6, if I want to get the seedd.bin file.So I need Hardmod, right?
Any other way to get this file? And how can i fix the "wrong version ncchinfo.bin"

You need to use ncchinfo_gen.py, from the decrypt9 you downloaded, to get it working.
Yes, the only way to get seeddb.bin from a n3ds, is a hardmod. If your game is not n3ds exclusive, you could use an o3ds. But you don't need the seeddb.bin, if your game doesn't use the 9.6+ crypto.

the ctrKeyGen_Decrypt9.py form the pack i downloaded does now work, dosent make ncchinfo.bin
only the ctrKeyGen_Normal.py does, and using that ncchinfo.bin gives me the error wrong version ncchinfo.bin

should i download another file that has that ctrKeyGen_Decrypt9.py?
