Hello. I tried many times to solve this issue before asking help, but I'd be lying to myself if I said "I could fix it on my own" without smashing my 3DS into the ground first. I'm having problems booting up any Gen 7 Pokemon Game on my 3DS. So Ultra Moon and Sun. I'm running the most recent versions of Luma and Homebrew (downloaded the newest today after updating my 3DS system).

Getting the exact error code:

An exception occurred.
Processor: ARM11 (core 1)
Exception Type:prefetch abort (svcBreak)
Fault status: Debug event
Current Process: loader

I'm on the original 3DS. No physical alterations have been made to the system. All of my games are legit. Ultra Moon is even a cartridge. I'm not trying to run any randomized versions of the game. I'm just trying to play it normally. Hell, I only started using homebrew so I could use PKhex. I didn't think I was signing up for all this stress. Part of me thinks I'd be best off just uninstalling all of this hacking business and going straight. But that's neither here or there. :P

It looked like I was having the same issue as this guy before me: (gbatemp.net/threads/fbi-3ds-arm11-core1-error-helper.498923/) But I reformatted my SD card and nothing happened.

So I'm at a total loss. I'd appreciate any help that I can get.

Hey, I had the same issue and user Giodude suggested placing boot.3dsx in the root folder of the SD Card. Hope that helps. It may also be another missing file.
