Hacking Question for eshop games

When i find some eshop games .nsp and install that on my switch is that different than cdn?
So i know that there is always a risk for a ban but can i get a cdn ban from that? Or only if u use something different?

The risk is lower.
You can still get banned. But to my knowledge just from online in gerenal by installing NSP, no cdn ban.
Correct me if im wrong.

CDN means Content Delivery Network.
If you aren't using Nintendo's then you've got nothing to worry about there.
