Hacking Question for DS + GBA

Well I got a GBA game, Yu-Gi-Oh Reshef of Destruction, which is one of the most terrible Yu-Gi-Oh games ever.

I want to make a question for this. I got the game (original) and I am using my DS Lite to play it. I wonder is there any program that I could use that, take the save out from the game, hack it and put it back in??

I didn't thought that program existed and since it was the first time asking that... Plus having the answer in the first post was a bit of a shocker for me
