Hi, I made a nand backup of my Wii U and extracted the contents of it, since I wanted to extract the assets of the system apps. But I can't figure out how to do it. Does anyone know how to do this or if it's even possible?

You're probably looking for SARC and Yaz0 tools. I'd tell you where to get them, but I'm not sure which exact tools you might need due to format differences and possible endianness.

No, There's no magic number that matches those files. I'm talking about the .app and .tmd files in nand/titles/****/****/content

That doesn't sound like a nand dump. ;)

Use CDecrypt though.

Are you possibly talking about Wii/vWii, not Wii U?
