Hacking [Question] Editing META file - Miiverse

My WiiU is USA but I have some EUR/JPN games and I can't save my screenshots on my Miiverse profile/Album with those games, so my question is if there's a way to edit the Meta file and make the EUR/JPN game compatible with Miiverse.

Maybe replacing some Meta data in a EUR/JPN game with the USA Meta data?
