Hacking [Question/Doubt] Regionfree digital game 3DS

Hi there! I have a question about the 3DS. I'm running the Palantine CFW on it and I installed a Japanese game. It doesn't mind how many times I remove region lock on the CIA converter, when I run it on the 3DS it gets stucks at the 3DS loading screen (that one with the red animated squares).
The question is: What shall I do? I believed in a way to get regionthree / regionfour on a digital game or something that could help me... Please help. Thank you very much in advance.

A regionthree-like solution most likely won't help, since the problem seems to lie in the actual game (binary) itself.
