I believe it is a general fact, that we hacked Vita users cannot play any of the newer games which require the latest updates from Sony. Now I am quite concerned regarding a few things:

- I do not want to pirate any games, if I buy a physical game which requires the latest update, would I be able to play it on my hacked system? Danganronpa V3 is closing in and I am so eager to play it.
- Is there any progress being made with playing 'newer' games by hackers? I don't demand an answer to this one, but maybe you know more then I do! ;)

If someone could supply me with some answers, I would truly appreciate it. If by the time Danganronpa V3 releases, can I just remove Ensõ and update my Vita if there is not other solution?

Thanks in advance!

Ps., there have been multiple occasions, on which these very same questions may or may not have been answered, but I barely could find any actual information regarding this matter.

You have to update unfortunately, but pstvs are cheap, so buy one.

I already have a PS TV, I will consider buying a second PS Vita, just so I can play the latest games and use one for homebrew and such. :) I am also going to update my PS TV, as I like to Switch between both systems.

Thank you both for the information, I will keep an eye on the forum, in case someone cracks the code!

There is no way to boot anything 3.60+ related, even if it's something you legitimately bought. You would be forced to update.

There isn't also any known hacker working on it, at the moment. So yes, the only solution would be to buy a second one.
