Hacking [Question] Changing the game region from a WUP package

I have downloaded Madden NFL 13 for Wii U (NTSC-U only) BUT.... i have a PAL european Wii U.
How i can change the game region from a WUP game compatible with WUP installer ?

you have to unpack your game (with NEW-NUSGrabberGUI by example).

After that, you have to edit app.xml and meta.xml file and replace the orignal region code (if it's US content you have to change value 2(US) by 4(EUR).

Finally you have to repack your game with big N sdk and you will be fine with your game
