Hacking Question can't update

I've installed Homebrew Channel to my vWII, my unique intention is to load homebrew (I don't want to load ISOS). I'm in the lastest version, but if a new version is released by nintendo, can i update or i need to unistall or something the homebrew channel?

Error 162-3006 Wii U/vWii not updateing fix
