I was wondering if leaving my switch on sleep mode while I am running CFW and leaving my switch on the dock. Will it cause issues?

I'm using ReiNX and I have mine on the dock in sleep mode all the time. I can just pick it up and start playing in portable mode, or just use the TV and take out the joycons in docked mode.
Been doing it since last year.
