Homebrew Question about Recent Ban Wave

My 3DS is currently out of commission and I plan to get another. However, I downloaded titles through the homebrew exploit ages ago(like ORAS and mario games) with the Legit CIA stuff.

Is my NNID going to get banned? When I call them to transfer my ID to the new 3DS(yes my old one is very very dead), are they going to notice the pirated titles?

Legit CIAs won't get you banned. I'm not sure if pirated legit CIAs transfer or not as I haven't read about them enough nor have experience with them. The recent ban wave was because of users playing SuMo online before it was released.

As far as I know, I installed the tickets with the CIAs, so i can redownload them from the eShop(and if I cant its not really that big of a loss tbqh)

Im glad to know that I wont get banned, whew. What an awkward phone call that would have been with NOA.
