Hacking Question about R4i Gold RTS

well the title says what card I have, now I have a question I hope you can help me (again) well I received my new Nintendo 3DS XL, I'm happy and waiting for Nintendo to change my NNID to my new console, I have a DS too but I use the R4 only in the DS.

I want to play with my new console so, my question is:

Is there a chance that my R4 can be blocked on my new console?

Nintendo stopped blocking flashcarts around OFW 7ish and they can't boot NTRBoot unless they create a new system with new hardware. Creating a new system with a new bootrom is something that they simply won't do this late in the game.

I will try NTRBootHAx, with my new console. Just waiting for Nintendo to transfer my NNID.
And that means I can play ds games with my R4 and it will not be blocked by firmware?

It's actually just "NTRBoot" now and NTRBoot is simply used to install B9S, which allows you to install a CFW. Once you have a CFW installed, then really most carts will work regardless. Luma3DS has removed the block, so basically any cart with a header will work. Any cart without a header can be launched through NTR Launcher.
