What can a user do with it? I downloaded a version that convert gateshark to ntr but the cheats never works.
also is there a way i can make my own cheat codes with ntr? like the badge arcade one by @HappyzLife

The NTR debugger basicly allows you to make memory dumps and write to memory addresses. And breakpoints, but I have no Idea how these work.

Some forks of the NTR debugger *cough* use this to apply gateshark codes.
