I just installed homebrew launcher on my switch and now im doing a nand backup but it says "sd card free space is smaller than total backup. partial backup enabled" i will use this guide to install some games https://gbatemp.net/threads/quick-g...ates-dlc-with-devmenu-no-sx-os-needed.512337/
my question is would there be a problem because i did a partial backup also what would happen if i played a game i own then restore my nand what would happen to my save file?

You can get a full backup with a smaller sdcard. It will tell you to remove the card when that portion is done and move the parts to PC. Then put sd back in switch and continue backup. Once complete there's a script to combine parts into a full backup.

Can't post links, but look in the stickied thread:
[RCM Payload] Hekate - CTCaer mod

The first post had a guide for backing up nand with a small SD card.
