Hardware Question about how big save files are

I was wondering, I know certain games save on the memory card. And I was wondering just how big are those save files? Reason I ask is I considered getting a PSV with a 4 GB memory card just to save my games. Won't really download anything or store mass amounts of pictures and videos on it.

few k to few mb, similar to PS3 save files.

ign.com stated in their VITA faq that a 4gb card is more than enough for game saves.
