Before I drop some cash on two fusions (or WODE) I had a question about loading the images from SD (or HDD).

Can you launch the images on the SD card from say Gecko (HBC) for the sake of running codes with it? Or can you only launch titles that way from DVD?

Thanks in advance!

Well, I dont have WODE or Fusion, but there's a Wiiflow version for WODE, named WodeFlow. Since you can use Ocarina/gecko codes with WiiFlow, there is a high possibility that you can use codes with WodeFlow, too.

Thanks for the reply!

From my understand on how Wode works you select the image you want to use then the Wii thinks that specific game is in the drive. It would make sense that any application would then launch it like normal. But I couldn't find anything that stated as such 100%.

I'll read up on WodeFlow and keep looking around.

The only practical uses for WODE are you can play gamecube games from a usb drive, a few apps don't work from a usb drive like riivolution, and I think USB Gecko is harder to use.

But cfg backup loader or wiiflow is just as easy, if not easier to use, and it's free.
