Planning on installing WiiFlow 2.2 but I have a question about formatting the drive. I have a WD 750gb USB external. I formatted the whole drive to FAT32. I did not partition it. Did I do it incorrectly? I already have some games installed. Can I partition without losing files or do I really need to redo the format?

use acronis or partition magic

That's fine, you only need a new partition if you want to use ntfs (or another file system.) Unless you need to put files 4gb and bigger you're fine.
