Homebrew Question about firmware files (NOT WHERE TO GET THEM)

Hi gbatemp.net forum users,
I have a question about the firmware files I've downloaded.
First, I'm new here. Sorry if this thread doesn't belong here or if it's against the rules.
And second, english is not my native language. It's German. I hope you guys understand me.

Call me noob but I don't want to brick my system. Are the files I've downloaded usable for downgrading? Since I didn't find a firmware dump package I used 3DNUS 2.5.4 by Dr. Hacknik to download the 9.2.0-20E O3DS and packed the files as CIA files. My folder contains 127 CIA files with a total filesize of 163 MB.

you can't rediwnload them again with 3dnus because nintendo removed some cias (the most important ones) from their server.

yeah nintendo remove files and/or redirects to the latest versions, you will need to find a pre-compiled pack

No, that depends of what FW update pack, what region, and what model (O3DS or N3DS). For example, the European 9.2 O3DS pack has 130 CIAs, while the N3DS 9.2 EU has 102 files and the O3DS 9.2 J has 123 files.
