Hacking Question about EZ Flash V 3 in 1 expansion

I have this:

But I want to play it on a DS Phat (I got this expansion pack back when I had a DS Lite but it died), is there a way to do that? I remember there being empty shells, but they don't seem to be available anymore.

You could try swapping the innards to a GBA cartridge you have, but I'm not sure what you would do with those innards. Not even 100% it would work. I found no good way in the past to even try it otherwise though.
