Hacking question about downgrading fw>10

I have 2 3DSs(a regular and a XL if that matter), one is on 10.0 and another on 10.1(or was 10.2??). I recently acquired a DSTwo and is a DSTwo stealthy plus and wanted to fully use it.
My question is would I be able to downgrade one of them to 9.2 or I'm out of luck?? I could get my hands on a Sky3DS to use it as Cubic Ninja if necessary.

Unless you have a backup of a 9.2 sysNAND you are out of luck

uuhhgg ok. the two consoles are 100% legit so no backups.

And no, you can't use other people's sysNAND. Assuming you don't have your 9.2 backup, you are out of luck completely (at least for now but it can take years for exploits to be found)
