Hello, I am new to switch hacking and just started reading The Ultimate Guide. On the Checking RCM page it reads:

If the application says the payload launch was successful, but nothing appears on your screen, unfortunately your Nintendo Switch is likely patched. You should try a few more times to be certain, and consider trying another USB cable. If your Switch is patched and running firmware 4.1.0, you can still access CFW. If your Switch is patched and running a higher firmware version, unfortunately your Switch cannot be hacked right now

I have an original switch but its on firmware 9.2.0. Does this mean it's patched?

Firstly you have to check serial numbers to see if its in range of patched units or not, look it up in google. If your unit is not patched, it doesn't matter what OFW ver. you have, they are all hackable cause its a hardware exploit. But even after comparing serials you still need to try and push a payload just be 100% sure if its patched or not.
