I have noticed that some of my injected Sega Genesis Roms don't show up in checkpoint. So I was wondering how could I add cheats for these games? Also does it matter if they are Game Genie cheats? Thanks for any help.

AFAIK no injects support cheats.
As for games not showing up did you launch them at least once?

Yes I have launched them once. With NES and SNES the way I inject them let's me bring up an emulator menu that allows cheats. However the Genesis doesn't have a cheats option in it's menu. I can bring Rosalina menu though and was wondering if it would work for cheats?

Rosalina can work, but cheats would have to be modified to work with virtual console games. Normal cheats won't work as is.

You'd probably be better off using an emulator that has built-in cheat support, assuming one exists.
