Hacking Question about burning fuses

if I have sysNand on 9 am I going to burn fuses if I boot into 8.1 emunand using SXOS?

There is no way to boot into emuNAND without a custom bootloader that disables fuse r/w.

Even if you could, it would not burn an additional fuse.
8.1.0 will only burn up to 10 fuses, 9.0.0 will only burn 11.
If Nintendo's bootloader detects more than the expected fuse count on any firmware, it will never burn additional fuses, it will just throw a panic and refuse to boot.
