Hacking Question about Acekard

I think about buying 3DS. I have Acekard 2.1 but I need 2i for 3DS, right? So I've heard that HW44 doesn't work. What is that HW44, some specific Acekard type? How to distinguish HW44 from working Acekards, I don't want to buy something that won't work.

if you buy a new one you wil have atleast hw 81.
The hw 44 ones are years old

Acekard 2i's had different revisions for their cards, HW 44 is one of the first ones to be released in the batch, usually you won't get one if ordered today but sometimes they do get sent out. But it's very rare to get them and you shouldn't worry about it to much.

Why get one? The Acekard is cheaper and more reliable IMO, it's perfect for anyone who doesn't care about GBA emulation.

Yes,you need to buy a acekard 2i for your 3DS, and dont worry about the HW44 style, you wont get it cause it is too old. And ak2i is a good choose if you dont care much about extra features, another thing you need to notice that when you receive the 3DS, if it is not the latest firmware (2.1.0), don't update it instantly because you may need to update the ak2i first.ak2i can not work on the latest version 3DS directly, need to update first.
