Hardware question about a nintendo switch bug

Hi all i wanna ask you if that thing is normal.....when i put the switch in tv mode on the dock and when i navigate in the various menu with the joy or the pro pad the sound effect by movingup down or left or right sometime is missing is that normal?

That's odd, but you might have one of those weird tvs that normalizes the sound in a way where small sounds are impossible to hear. My TV has this and it drives me nuts. But, since it sounds harmless..I'm not too sure.

the sounds is all correct the only things sometimes when i go up or down or left or right on the menu the sound is hearing and somethimes is not hearing that's all
