Qoob US & JPN force 480p compatibility list

    Most information online about forcing 480p with Qoob, is PAL which may be different.
    Anyone tried various NTSC games? Thus far I've had mixed results. Feel free to offer fixes if they exist or correct/add to the list.

    You've got WWE DOR on your list twice, I assume one of them is supposed to be DOR 2.
