Anyone out there know where I can find a copy of Rebug QA Tools NO BD? I found it with the BD, but unfortunately I don’t need the BD version.

I actually made a mistake, imagine that lol. I actually need Toggle QA NOBD. I found a CECHB01 stuck on rogero 3.55 with no BD.
