Hey everyone. I am jumping into setting up Rednand and IOSU today, and I have a quick question. I know that generally you want to unlink your NANDs by formatting Sysnand. However, I am also wanting to set up Haxchi. If I unlink NANDs, am I able to log back into the console with my NNID to download the DS title, or will this re-link them?

IMO I wouldn't fully commit to IOSUHax redNAND by unlinking your NANDs just yet, as Team SALT's iteration of redNAND will likely be the more widely used solution, and probably won't be compatable with the current dumping method/format.

As far as I've seen, there's no evidence that formatting even unlinks the nands in the first place. People just assume it should behave the same way the 3DS does.

exactly the advice for wiiu seems to be to do the opposite and not to unlink the nands as its pointless for a number of reasons.
