yo! is it possible to have oothax installed AND play the game normally on a different save file?

Are you able to create a second save file in-game or does it give you a black screen saying an error has occurred?
If the former, yes. If the latter, no.

just tried now. it gives me an error if oothax is already installed :/

I think you would need to import the saves with svdt if you want more than one dongle
