Hacking Put wiiu games on hdd from pc ?

Hi !
my wii u is moded and it has worl for 4-5 weeks from a usb thumb drive. Now the thumb drive is dead !. I gave an old hdd in a power enclosure. Do I really have to put game on sd card and install it to the hdd from the wii U (the method I was using with the thumb drive) or I can put games directly on the hdd from my pc ? I guess I still have to format the hdd.

Hello.

Yes,you have to install your Wii U Games from the SD Card again on your new,with the Wii U formatted HDD.
(If your Games are in WUP Format then with WUP Installer GX2 for Example).
