If you're so sure it isn't fake, why are you trying to test it? The emptying of the sd card is necessary in order for the tool to check all sectors, so the result'd be accurate.

Because I had a bit of doubt? If you are so intelligent I am sure that you can reason that testing almost 400gb of storage should be more than enough to get a clear picture on the status of the SD card. If it comes clean we can conclude that the rest of the storage is also clean given that I already have games on it that don't appear to be corrupted. Seems to me like you are trying to pick an argument on GBAtemp to alleviate your boredom.
