Homebrew Question PSX Emulation

Hi guys, I've been planning to play Suikoden 2 however, I don't know if I should play it on Switch or on the Vita. Which has better emulation? Also, is overclocking required on playing it on Retroarch Switch? Thanks in advance. Please don't turn this into a console war...

I personally vote switch cause docked mode. But you may be a portable type. Id still say switch tho.

Yep, I'm a portable type. I leaning on Switch for the bigger screen. My Vita is a Phat so no OLED for me. . Still waiting for performance before choosing.

I’d go for the vita and play your psx games through adrenaline. Yes, the switch has a nicer screen. Maybe another factor, which system has extra space?

Space is not a problem at the moment. I'm more concerned on the performance side though.

Update:
Suikoden 2 is working fine on Retroarch switch but creates crackling sounds during battles. It kinda ruins the experience for me so I tried Adrenaline on PS Vita. No issues whatsoever

Finished it on my OLED Vita last year for the first time. Good game havent played PSX on my switch yet.
