I recently hacked one of my fat PS3s, I play PSX games a lot and always use my PS2 or PSX for it because I think the res looks like ass on my 55'' 4K OLED TV, ok so the first thing I did once I hacked this PS3 is put Crisis Core on my PS3 with PSP2PS3 and it boosted the visuals quite a bit, the resolution was unlocked so it looks glorious!
Is it possible to play PSX with boosted resolution?
for example, FFVIII models are way more detailed than the original resolution can display so faces gets distorted and ugly, can we like run a PSX core of retroarch and boost the resolution? It would also help with the jaggies, havign higher res would make polygons much smoother.
