I made my own tool to manage psv files. I couldn't find open source one, so here we go.

Hello Dear,

I've been looking at the source code uploaded. However, I used the IDE Borland Turbo C ++ 3.0 tool, within which, when compiling gives me many errors.

I would check that IDE tool should you use to compile the source code.

I use GCC.
