Hacking pstv 3.60 cheats not working

i have a pstv,with dual shock 3 & psvita2sd adapter, on 3.60 enso , i have tried several videos and guides and cannot seem to get enter the menu , i have followed this first

and this guide as well with exact files and nonpdrm file , no luck

I have tried auto installer 1 and 2 and neither seem to work . I have used the zeta04 3.60db install file, no luck .
i have tried both these location.

not working


not sure why i havent been able to open the cheats menu with either L+right or L+right+square

im out of ideas can anyone assist ?

please note: i have tried the vitacheats locations in my config , indvidually,as both
ur0:vitacheat360.skprx
and ur0:tai/vitacheat.skprx

folder for vitacheat in ur0 has vitacheat.skprx and vitacheat360.skprx and ux0 vitacheat.suprx with vitacheat.suprx(also i have tried with each single file by themselves )

Somehow I believe you moved the vitacheat from where it install in ux0 to ur0
