QJ is my favorite, but it's less for the forums and more for keeping up on homebrew and news.

There are some others that are useful while not as good as this place but I can't link them as they have naughty files.

Easy to find with google though.

They steal games from "another" place, they don't even remove the "downloaded from.." txt file inside an archive.

I absolutely despise that one site which edits the game loading graphics to promote their URL. When they started doing that I stopped visiting and do everything I can to avoid files uploaded by them.
