Hacking PSP Phat issues

So I just recently hacked my PSP. I put cfw 5.00 m33-6 onto the psp. I havent really messed with much other than put the pspirda program on it. Im trying to get this program to run but everytime i use it it says this game could not be started with the error code 80020148. i know its not the memory card i checked it says magicgate supported. ive switched the kernel to 1.50 changed the umd to sony no umd. disabled everything in the advanced options in the recovery mode. I tried to use the iso tools but im not sure how to use it on the pspirda program. from what i can gather its not working because it thinks im trying to use it on something higher than a 1.52,which is why i switched the kernel. Other than that im not sure what to do. If anyone can help me id really appreciate it.

did install the 1.50 addon for 5.00 CFW
