When you download the 5.03 firmware it should come with a folder called UPDATE.
Put the folder in the folder called GAME.

So it should be like PSP>GAME>UPDATE>EBOOT.PBP

Also, its custom firmware. Not costum.

I have told you already...

Update to 5.03 official firmware
-get chickHen R2 (there should be a readme with the file so read it)
get 5.00 M33-6 off that thread Proto said
and install.

You could go onto GEN D3, but that's all up to you

but when i put the image of ChickHENR2 it stuck and when i go to system information it said 5.03 what to do know?

Keep trying it until it flashes some colours and says chickhen in the system information

You could try formatting your memory card, putting all your PSP settings to default
(Both can be done in the system settings)

Run the GEN D3 Final updater. Its the most up to date version of GEN.
