Gaming psp help with hacking

Hello guys i have a psp phat firmware 3.71 no costum firmware and i want some files that can hack it i have a pandora battery please send me some link with the files that can help me THANK YOU!!!

Some of the stuff you need is in the stickies

As your firmware is lower than 5.03, hacking with or without a pandora is optional.

Here's a list of several CFW

I followed the tutorial here and I'm on GEN-D2

Update to 5.03 official firmware
-get chickHen R2 (there should be a readme with the file so read it)
get 5.00 M33-6 off that thread Proto said
and install.

You could go onto GEN D3, but that's all up to you

ok thank you but the latest firmware is 6.20 (i think) and i must create mms?

Do not go onto 6.20 unless you want to use MMS and Pandora to downgrade.
Just update to 5.03

You can update to a specific OFW by downloading its corresponding EBOOT.PBP (I think).

You need MMS for a pandora method, don't know about ChickHEN.

I wasn't lucky enough to have an OFW under 5.03

Have you already got 6.20? Because your first post says you already have 3.71

If you download that, then follow all the options

Well if you didn't update then you don't need MMS and Pandora :S

You need to upgrade to 5.03 OFW then use chickHEN R2 and then use hells cat flasher in order to go on 5.00 m33-6 then it's your choice if you wanna upgrade to 5.50 gen-D3

You did need to create the UPDATE folder, yes.

You need to get the 5.03 firmware first.

And don't triple post.
